Why Piano Dori

Craft, made transparent.

Most piano services in the Philippines keep pricing and process behind a private message. We don't.

Nationwide reach

Wherever your piano lives — Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao — we travel to it. No instrument is too remote to restore.

Upfront pricing

Tuning and cleaning rates are published, not negotiated in private messages. Repair and restoration are assessed and quoted in writing before any work begins.

Documented process

Every job includes a written inspection sheet and progress updates — you always know exactly what's being done and why.

Workmanship guarantee

Every repair and restoration is backed by a 6-month workmanship guarantee, in writing, on every quotation.

How it works

From first message to first note.

A clear five-step path, so you always know what happens next.

1

Inquiry

Message us your location and piano type — brand, upright or grand, and what's wrong (if anything).

2

Assessment

We inspect the piano in person and document its condition on a written inspection sheet.

3

Quotation

You receive a written quote with the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms — no surprises later.

4

The work

Tuning and cleaning are typically same-day. Repairs and restorations follow an agreed schedule with progress updates.

5

Handover

Final inspection, your piano's first notes again, and a follow-up tuning reminder in 6–12 months.

Pricing

No hidden quotes.

Routine services are fixed-price. Repair and restoration are always assessed first — we never quote a number we haven't seen the piano to back up.

Questions

Before you reach out

How often should a piano actually be tuned?+

Every 6–12 months, depending on humidity, usage, and whether the piano was recently moved. Pianos in coastal or humid areas often need more frequent attention.

Do you travel outside Cebu?+

Yes — Piano Dori serves clients nationwide. Travel logistics are discussed and confirmed at the inquiry stage.

How do I know what a repair or restoration will cost?+

We never quote sight-unseen. An in-person assessment always comes first, followed by a written quotation with the full scope, price, and payment terms.

What's included in a basic tuning or cleaning?+

Tuning covers full pitch correction across the instrument. Cleaning covers interior action cleaning, key detailing, and an exterior polish — see the pricing section above for the complete breakdown.

Is there a guarantee on repair work?+

Yes. Every repair and restoration quotation includes a 6-month workmanship guarantee in writing.
